I've been working for CWDP for nearly 3 years, best company I've every worked for. Management is outstanding and the care and compassion all the Support Workers deliver is second to none. Great team to work with.

Don't ever fall into the trap of thinking all Care Providers are all the same. I was thoroughly disillusioned with my fathers's previous unreliable carers and spent three hour on the phone talking to alternative providers. I was received with luke warm interest when I described my father's needs, until I spoke to Alaina and suddenly nothing was a problem anymore! I cannot praise this organisation highly enough. The extent of the care and instant responses to problems was such a relief. My father died in March and at least I felt that between myself and Care With Dignity we had done the very best for him in his final years. More...
