Just wanted to say with all this company or the owner has went through this year he never once didn't get back or keep me updated on our project. He holds his crew to a very high standard and even did more then was in the estimate saying "It just wouldn't of looked right". This company is new and has had a few obstacles this year with family issues and man power, but there's not another company or crew I have ever worked with that I felt was more worried about my project then me. If  you get the chance to have them do your project or design I guarantee you will be happy with the work and professionalism and they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. While our project is not complete, I can say that when Rich says he’s a perfectionist, he has been demonstrating that in work with us. He has had his team redo things to get them done right by his standards, often catching things before we do.
