I am so pleased that I found Cardiff Tree Surgery when I nearly lost my hope of retrieving my beloved drone which accidentally landed on top of a 20 meters high tree. There he came, Paul, our rescuer, helped us got the drone back safely without charging us anything. Words are powerless to express our gratitude.
