Was desperate to transfer my photos from a dying Mac before it finally gave up the ghost. Dan came round promptly to collect the Mac. He not only took the data off succesfully onto an external drive but offered to get the old 2008 iMac back and running again. As we thought the imac's hard disk was the problem but Dan immediately texted me suggesting a replacement - cost etc. He fitted it next day, and put El Capitan, the new operating system on it so now I have a brand 'new' iMac - fantastic service, friendly helpful and the fee was very acceptable.
