I contacted Jamie about a greasy or oily residue on my windscreen, I had tried all sorts of glass cleaning products to remove it so that it was possible to see through the windscreen when driving. When it rained it was even worse. Jamie like all of us was really busy but his communication and service was excellent. He wasn’t sure what was causing the problem but was very willing to help, I went to see him one evening before he had time to get my car booked in to show him what was happening. He started work on it immediately as he wanted to try something before getting it booked in, he quickly realised what methods were required to remove this residue. He was confident it would work and I’m pleased to say it has and he added a very good water repellent to the windscreen which has also protected it. Jamie from Car Cosmetics did a first class repair on my wife's BMW Coupe in mid January 2019. The front plastic skirt was badly dented and also there was some widespread paint damage to the skirt front offside corner. When I got the car back later the same day (which I requested) he had pushed the dent out, skimmed it with filler and resprayed. It's a great job and I can't really see that it has been repaired, it looks like new.Price was very reasonable, good quality repair and great customer service.
