Though I had issues during our pre-production time the output of the product is worth the money I spent.
I am really happy that Capricost took our feedback, got back to work depending on our inputs and made some efforts to meet our expectations. I hope some tweek in their process and colabration with customer is the key.
Overall I will give them 4 stars.

In today's world with social media catching and grabbing attention people use this media to provide feedback. This helps people like me who rely very heavily on online feedback. I started reviewing comments and feedback regarding different online marketplace helping customers with getting their interior work. After spending close to 3 weeks, I finally narrowed down on Capricoast and was very happy about the decision I had taken to proceed with them. The entire process right from interacting with their customer care, the designing process, assigning an operations manager, site visit for inspection by assigned Associate was all very smooth and very well co-ordinated. At the beginning I had to just provide my budget and my interior requirement, post which Capricoast had provided me with 3 different vendors which matched my requirement. I was provided with the profile and pictures of work done of all the 3 vendors which helped me choose a vendor (Sannidhi) of my choice. Initially I thought once I chose the vendor, Capricoast would take a back seat and let me drive things on my own from that point onwards. However, I was proved wrong and Mr Fairoz (from Capricoast) was available everytime till the entire project was delivered and completed by Sannidhi successfully. At times, I have interacted with Fairoz during odd hours and he was ever willing and happy to help me and never did he turn me down. At every step I was very cleary communicated and kept informed about the progress of the work. Mr Jude (again from Capricoast) use to regularly visit the site and inspect things to check for the quality while the installation was on-going. Jude was always patient in hearing me and prompt in getting things done keeping in mind about the time-lines which was promised to me by liasing with Sannidhi. I would not shy away from mentioning that Capricoast as a team is very professional in providing good vendor support and coordination. They balance the relation between both (vendors and customers) and ensure both are happy in the end. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with my decision to have chosen Capricoast and Sannidhi and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone who would like to get their interior work done.
