We were planning to use the Scrum methodology in hardware product development, however we had to work with some organisational constraints, which demanded a tailored Scrum approach. This is where Capri consulting came in and did some fantastic work to devise a customised Scrum framework nevertheless preserving the core principles of Scrum. Krishna, the Director of Capri Consulting is a highly vibrant, passionate and an exceptionally pro-active Scrum coach who possess a great blend of knowledge on Agile concepts and practical implementation and working experience. This forte enabled Krishna to identify challenges, relate them to real-life use cases and develop alternatives during the implementation phase of Scrum. Krishna showed great tenacity when posed with challenges during the change program and he handled the team effectively using one-one and group coaching sessions. Krishna demonstrated an unique logic to the implementation plan by gradually stepping away from the team at the later stage of transformation to enable the Team, the Product Owner and Scrum Master to naturally take ownership of the initiative which worked exceptionally well.
