We used Capital Classic yesterday for a birthday tubing trip and I would 100% recommend and use them again to anyone in the Northern VA area. Â Our driver was flexible, helpful, professional and beyond what any other driver we've ever had before, and we've used several limo companies in the past.We had a 14 passenger SUV limo that was comfortable, well equipped with water and ice and kept in great condition. I have been planning vineyard trips for the last 4 years with a group of friends. Â Each year, we have used a different company and had pretty much the same bad experiences -- late, rude drivers, limos or shuttles that were in poor condition, and customer service who didn't care. Â This year was completely different.We had a fantastic experience with Capitol Classic. Â Shakeel was extremely flexible and accomodating to us in every way -- allowing me to add items to the contract to "cover" us given the bad experiences we had in the past. Â He knew I was nervous to book with any company, but gave me his personal word that we would have top-notch service with him and we did.The SUV limo we rented was in great condition and was clean when it arrived (early) for a 1pm pick up on Saturday. Â Our driver, Ricardo, was absolutely wonderful - sweet and soft-spoken and happy to oblige our vineyard trip whims.In addition, there were no hidden fees or charges (contrary to what some of the other reviews say) and the total fee was less than many of the other companies I had called and less than what I had paid in the past for a similar rental.I would highly recommend using Capitol Classic and I'd suggest requesting Ricardo as your driver. Â I can't speak to the other drivers at CC, but Ricardo is absolutely the best of any limo company I've used.We will definitely be using this company again next year for our vineyard trip, and we may even do two next year since our experience was so great! I wanted to thank everyone at Capitol Classic Limo for making my father's funeral day better for the stress relief of punctual & professional transportation and excellent service. I researched several companies in the area and pressed for detailed information before making my decision to go with Shaquille and his presentation of assurance to someone that doesn't use limos much. We rented their Stretch SUV for all my visiting family members. We were going between Reston, Arlington Nat'l Cemetery and Herndon. The driver, Ray, was wonderful to us and perfectly on time. He took all the worry from me and I was able to concentrate on the day & my family. The SUV limo was beautiful and worked just right for our needs.
