We drove 2 hrs to have our Kirby vacuum serviced. The owner was great. He checked it out found the problems and fixed it right away. Best customer service I have ever had. He set us up with all the parts we would need and did not over charge us. While we were there another customer can in with a part he had bought but did not work for him the owner gave him a more expensive part to try out and did not charge him any extra. Went to capital vacuums today for some parts for a older Kerby rug shampooer. The sales person was super helpful and actually had it in Stock only place for 100 miles that had one. Incredibly friendly and helpful felt like the old mom and pop shops that you don't see around much any more would definitely recommend going here and will be back for whatever vacuum needs I have More...

Absolutely Fantastic!! I can't say that enough! Absolutely amazing! Due to a Mishap on Google and the wrong store hours being listed, we drove down to Albany, 45 minute drive, to find the store closed.
I called the phone number listed online, spoke with a representative and a few minutes later the store Reggie called me back! He came down to the store, specifically designed to help us out!
This will be our vacuum store, as long as we are in NY state!!
