Walter was great as was his colleague. Really fast service as they got to work as soon as possible (Literally 2 minutes after the quote! ) Both men were very helpful and friendly. Garden doesn't look amazing but definitely much better - I'm happy to agree that it's because it was an absolute monstrosity beforehand and they did what they could (Lots of Ivy as the garden clearly has never been loved!) Had a misunderstanding with the payment amount too which was probably my fault but Walter was really good about it and we've come to an agreement which is refreshing and made me respect the business a lot more. I been in the trade for around 15 years and see it as more than just a job but more of a hobby so with that in mind I built from the ground up a family run buissnes of my own
