It's nice and close for a barefoot walk to possibly one of the best beaches in the Eastern Cape with spectacular views of the lighthouse on Seal Point. An uncle of mine was one of the last lighthouse keepers to live at this lighthouse. The restaurant is brilliant and locals rave about their specials. There is even a chapel and a hall for weddings. What an amazing property! We went to spend a few days with some friends to celebrate a birthday at this establishment and everything was just phenomenal! The rooms are spacious and clean. The shower actually has pressure, previous stays in the EC, shower pressure had proved an elusive dream. The staff was always courteous and ready to help. Because we were a rather large group - we hired three beachfront properties - we needed some extra care and the staff was always happy to assist. Breakfast at the restaurant was simple but satisfying! The chefs never thinking our demands were too much. ||||Back to the houses - Sandpiper, FishEagle, and Seagulls Songs - they are immaculately cleaned every day. We'd be sitting outside in the pool, next thing our house was cleaned. They never imposed themselves on us but quietly went about their business of the day.
