What do you love most about your job?
I meet wonderful, diverse people who want to be the best they can be whatever they are doing. I love working in partnership with clients on whatever is meaningful to them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Many years ago, I was inspired by a wonderful business psychologist who I engaged, when I was a Director in an engineering company. Through her subtle, intelligent and fun coaching, she was able to help the team see for themselves how the different personalities , skills and experiences of the individuals in the team could be brought together to create a fabulous, constructive and successful team.
Why should our clients choose you?
People tell me I challenge sensitively, I listen carefully, I am led by the client's goals and I am flexible in my approach and where and when we meet. Over ten years of executive coaching experience has taught me that transformational coaching occurs when the coach is genuinely interested in her client. I am.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Whilst I prefer to meet in person, I also provide on-line coaching, typically through Zoom or Teams platforms. I am comfortable meeting clients at their work venue or a neutral venue which has been mutually agreed. I do not provide coaching services from my home and nor do I use my office for coaching sessions.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During Covid 19 I only coached on-line. The increased sophistication and quality of on-line platforms has made the experience feel much closer to a face to face meeting than ever before. Where I meet a client face to face I encourage a space where both feel comfortable and safe.
