In August of 2018 here in Estrella Mountain Ranch we had quite the storm go through and this caused very major damage to many of the homes and businesses. Being fairly new to the area and not knowing any contractors our neighbor brought Richard Conroy from Canyon Lake Construction to help us with the repairs that needed to be made. Coming from a construction background myself and after living 14 years in California, I tend to be skeptical of contractors and try to do as much due diligence as possible, but due to the damage this was not possible on most repairs. All I can say of Richard and Canyon Lake Construction is due diligence was not needed. They are without any doubt the most conscientious construction company I have ever dealt with. The office staff is beyond perfect always going the extra step to keep the customer informed, never was there any issue about the work to be done or the price for the repairs. Richard would take the time to explain everything that needed to be repaired, his subcontractors were always here when scheduled (something that is not common in California), and our questions answered every time they were asked. We were never given the run around which can be standard practice at other companies and his painter, Scott is probably the most perfectionist painter we have ever used. Even when I thought the areas painted looked good, Scott would see areas that needed just a little touch. You don't find this in other companies.
