What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We get most of the information we need from new clients by listening and we start listening at the early stages of a relationship buy undertaking a promotional audit.
What do you love most about your job?
We get a kick out of listening to clients that are passionate about their business, their products and their services. Their passion makes our job of delivering their promotional requirements much easier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We didn't want our clients thinking they were just part of a big business portfolio often associated with larger agencies.

The strength of a planned and sustained Press/Public Relations campaign is its ability to communicate, inform and educate through the perceived impartiality of the press. A creative PR campaign will also reach audiences that cannot be reached cost-effectively through advertising. We make sure that each press release is carefully targeted and tailored by making it relevant to each candidate media sector. Pro-active PR for In-depth Editorial Coverage PR planning at Cantillion King means regular contact with editors, journalists, bloggers, etc. to change press release opportunities into extended features. The stories are offered on an exclusive basis in advance of press releases. Meetings are arranged with important editors. Suggestions for articles are presented for consideration. Challenging Conventional Solutions Where possible press relations should be used to challenge conventional solutions in key product or market sectors. This helps to differentiate and provide positive reasons for customers to buy. Stimulating Product PR We will ensure that the PR programme is carefully regulated and that news releases are never dull! Each item should be newsworthy, stimulating and genuinely interesting. Photographs and applications information will be used to add interest to product stories and ensure that quality enquiries are generated.

Press relations is an effective way to support strategic objectives because press releases in most media outlets are still viewed by many as unbiased editorial endorsements and are perceived to be more "believable" than advertising claims. It is therefore not unusual for PR to generate higher numbers of enquiries than advertising. Case studies that highlight conversions from competitor products/services to your own business also have the potential to generate better quality enquiries than the equivalent volumes generated by other marketing activities. Severn River Crossings - Window Manifestations
To kickstart a campaign to raise awareness of its SevernTAG tolling solution, we started by designing a scheme for the office windows at Severn River Crossing PLC's Aust offices on the M48 Severn Bridge. The solution uses Contra Vision graphics material, which transforms glass into opportunities for advertising, branding and architectural expression; and provides one-way privacy and solar control. This way, users of the bridge get the full impact of the message, while employees in the offices retain light and their view of the bridge, traffic and toll plaza. The campaign also includes the use of point-of-place posters on the toll booths, barrier arm wraps and an outdoor media campaign consisting of washrom panels and 6-Sheet locations at service stations on the M4, M5 and M48, including Cardiff West, Cardiff Gate, Magor, Gordano and Severn View.
Severn River Crossings - Website
We were tasked by the client to completely re-design the website. We were given carte blanche on the design but the new site had to adhere to the parameters/guidelines dictated by their existing content management system (CMS). We adopted an animated style and introduced the car and driver that will be rolled out across various collateral required for other martketing campaigns. A design for the homepage and a seperate template for the internal site pages was presented and approved by the client.
Severn River Crossings - Contactless Campaign
Having recently invested in contactless payment technology at all booths on the M48 Severn Bridge and M4 Second Severn Crossing, we were instructed to create a campaign that would raise awareness of the new technology to drivers, especially those using staffed toll booths and paying using cash. Using the animated style adopted during the other campaigns, a suite that included drop cards, receipt backs and booth posters was developed and delivered. The client recorded a +40% shift towards contactless payments during the campaign.
Fulton - Website
We were tasked by the client to re-design the website to bring it into line with other Group websites while, at the same time, integrating a more user-friendly content management system (CMS). Similar branding from the website was also used on the client's other social media channels, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
Fulton - Van Livery
Following an extensive review of its aftercare division, the client invested in a fleet of eight new commercial vehicles, which enabled the company to provide a more flexible approach to managing resources and reinfording its reputation as a world-class aftercare provider. We were tasked with designing the livery for Fulton's fleet of VW Caddy Maxis and VW T6 Transporters.
