What inspired you to start your own business?
Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. Professional Dog Training and Dog Behavioral Training soon opened the door to other dog interests so I am also a Certified Canine Massage Therapist, a Certified Canine Fitness Trainer, and a FitPAWS Master Trainer.
Being able to provide all these specialized services has proven to be so beneficial to many of my clients. We are able to work with all aspects of the dog - mental and physical.
Many rescue dogs have fear-based issues. Did you know canine massage can help dogs that are fearful and anxious? You'll be amazed at what it can do!
Fitness Training, while important for weight-loss and general conditioning, will also help give a dog more confidence and it's really a great way to burn energy for those enthusiastic dogs that can never seem to get enough exercise!
Because of this multi-faceted approach to dog training, I feel I have a lot more to offer people and their pets than just the basic obedience class.

Dog training
Professional Dog Training using only positive reinforcement (food &/or toy rewards and verbal praise).
My specialty is Family Life Training which helps your dog gain the behavior skills needed to shine in the home and teaches excellent social skills outside the home! Your dog will truly be an enjoyable part of your family!
I am also a trainer and evaluator for the AKC S.T.A.R Puppy, Canine Good Citizen (CGC), and Urban Dog programs, and an approved trainer for the Train a Dog, Save a Warrior (TADSAW) program, which helps our veterans with PTSD train their own service dog - at NO COST to the veteran!
Canine Fitness Training
Certified in Canine Fitness - great for ALL dogs!
I work with all types of dogs including sporting dogs, companion/pet dogs, dogs recovering from surgery or illness, shy dogs needing more confidence, overweight dogs, dogs with lots of energy, and YOUR dog! I am certified in Canine Fitness and am a FitPAWS Master Trainer.
Canine Massage
Certified in Canine Massage Therapy.
Massage is helpful for senior/geriatric/arthritic dogs, dogs who are timid, shy, not well socialized (especially great for rescues!), dogs who are recovering from surgery, illness or any type of injury, and dogs who are anxious or very fearful. I am certified in Canine Sports Massage Therapy.
