I have been using Giuseppe’s sports massage therapy since I herniated 2 discs in my lower vertibrae. He was able to pinpoint the exact area giving me instant pain relief. I have gone back for regular massage ever since and it has been a huge benefit to the maintenance and rehabilitation of the injury. I can't recommend SMT Massage highly enough. Giuseppe always finds the cause of any muscle pain and the massage makes the muscles more relaxed and pain free. There is always helpful advice about how to prevent injuries in the future. I have visited many different sports injury professionals in the last 10 years, Giuseppe at SMT is by far the most competent and professional I have ever been to. All the injuries in my shoulders from years of bricklaying have been resolved. I am student of Brazilian jiu –jitsu, I train 5 to 6 times a week some days twice a day, along with a manual job. I 've injured muscles i didn't know i had, all fixed very quickly thanks to SMT.
