My mavic pro developed a gimbal problem and had a faulty camera sensor. Way past warranty. Mailed down my drone and Jacky had it all figured out and fixed within a day. Could’ve told me to buy a whole gimbal assembly but was able to replace the component parts ( camera sensor and gimbal vibration board) for much less cost. Friendly staff lots of authorized DJI accessories and parts is a bonus, bought the Microraptor Pro Backpack and 2 batteries for my Mavic Pro, only gripe I had was one of the batteries I purchased was faulty, I went the next day to exchange but missed my early morning ferry ride to Nanaimo to get scenery shots of Tofino beaches, hence 4/5 stars.

I gotta give it to them, Candrone was great! My drone went down and yeah it sucks to pay more money, but I brought it to the right place. They kept me updated with everything so efficiently with phone calls and emails it made me feel like a valued customer. I couldn't fix it myself and having it sent away would have cost me time and more money. This was my first experience with them and won't be my last. Throughout the years of growing my drone business, Justin (the owner) and his team have given me honest and trustworthy advice on where to focus my energy and strategically invest my money in the right equipment. What's great is that they have vast experience using all the equipment and can knowledgeably talk about fine details like how much quality to expect from a certain sensor (ISO Noise), and what color profile to shoot in for best dynamic range and color correcting. Crashed my drone while filming inside our warehouse. Pilot error, I hit a wall and the drone fell about 9 feet. The gimbal sits on a anti vibration board that cracked in the crash. ($20 part with elastic type bands). I was thinking about changing it myself after watching a YouTube video. But then googled this store and spoke to Jeff. He quoted me $20 for the part and 1/4 hour labour. I also needed new rotors so I got 4 new ones. Best part was they repaired it while I waited and while I was there I got to try the DJI goggles. I can’t say enough about how awesome the crew at Candrone is. My first experience was a phone conversation regarding specs of a drone. ..the salesman was extremely helpful and non pressuring. My second experience I was in the store looking around at the big drones with my kids...I inquired about an HDMI output for my Phantom 4 Pro. They had the part and installed it for free in under ten mins! My last experience was today. I had crashed my drone a day ago and was having sensor issues. I called and spoke to Jeff, he was very helpful but said he would have to actually have the drone in his hands to go any further. I went down and Jeff had my drone fixed and ready in ten minutes.
