We own a boat so never been on a cruise with this company but when we were stuck for a pump out for our boat John was very obliging and got it sorted for us without any fuss. Very much appreciated

The sun was shining. The service was excellent. The food was amazing. The tables were set for dinner beautifully. The boat quietly cruised through the countryside while we drank our glass if wine. We loved it. x

Booked this as a present for my Mum. Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise up the canal and the afternoon tea. Very relaxing. All the staff were lovely and willing to take the time out to chat. A definite hit for both Mum and I.

21st July. The staff are wonderful, professional and efficient but also friendly, patient and helpful. We were with a family group, 6 ladies , three generations. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the delicious and generous three course meal and the gentle boat trip along the canal, charming views on every side, and lots of ducks, swans. I think everyone would highly recommend it to their friends, I would come back again, my mum of 84 found it delightful. More...

We had a 3 course Sunday lunch booked for a birthday treat. Post code was accurate although the pub landmark we were looking for at the marina entrance wasn’t there any more. We had chosen our meal in advance and were not disappointed with any of the choices. We could see the chef and he did a fantastic job in the confined kitchen. We got married on the Romance on the 25th May and we had a lovely day. We paid for a 2 course meal and everyone who went said how lovely the food was. The scenery was really nice and the staff helpful and polite. I would highly recommend them for a small and chilled out wedding. We went on the lunchtime canal cruise today on Romance. This was a Christmas gift off our daughter and her boyfriend. We absolutely loved it. The food was excellent, lovely decor, moorish gin & tonics, and very polite, friendly, helpful, professional staff. We will definitely recommend and we will definitely return ourselves.
