I’ve seen Matt multiple times after having suffered minor injuries from sports or have had muscular problems.
Everytime he has identified the root of the problem and treated me effectively to correct the issue, giving me tips on how to prevent the issues in the future etc.
I can’t speak more highly of his osteopathy treatment, and Matt is a true gentleman as well as a great professional in his line of work.

I cant thank Matt Gilthero enough. I had a bad back since 2014, physio didnt help but since I started seeing Matt I feel way too much better. Sometimes I forget that i have a bad back because the pain comes once in a while now. He is so professional and easy to get along with. Matt has 5☆ customer service. He did let me come with my daughter for my session when i had no childcare and he is very welcoming and accomodating. I 100% reccommend Matt Gilthero at Bodytonic clinc at Osborn pharmacy in Stratford. He is always giving me advice on nutrition to help my back recover and honestly, it has made a huge difference for my health. I can go on and on but I am glad I get to see him every month for help. I've just completed my first marathon (Loch Ness if you're interested), and am convinced I wouldn't've made it to the start line if it hadn't been for my regular massages with Matt. His healing hands worked wonders on my poor tired legs and aching body! And his wise words convinced me I was capable of finishing in one piece. He wasn't wrong. I have been using bodytonic for years. At first i thought i had back pain, but he gave me the courage to get further tests and later i discovered i had endometriosis. This has caused nerve issues, so my treatment is ongoing rather than a quick fix. James is incredibly professional and attentive to what i require from the treatment. I have used other osteopaths, but always return to him. We are moving out if London, but still i will return. I know that I will leave feeling so much better and actually able to breathe! I have just had the pleasure of meeting Hannah too who specialises in pilates and her knowledge is astounding. She didn't make me feel rushed, was professional and incredibly knowledgable. Have spent the last year receiving treatment on problematic Neck and Rotator cuff problems. My favourite therapist at BodyTonic is Sheena, and her facial treatments give me totalrelaxation for my body and mind and always get rid of signs of stress and tired skin. I especially like the little de-stressing neck massages she gives which always unknot mytough shoulder knots and relieve all the tension I was carrying in my neck after a long dayhunched in front of my computer. My skin always glows afterwards! Yes it glows! Its hydrated and smooth every time. If you want a boost of radiance I cant recommend BodyTonic and Sheena more.Alta :D More...

The Osteopaths at Bodytonic Clinic in Stratford are great - I have nothing but praise for them! My disc condition in my lower back has improved immensely since James, and more recently Camilla have worked their magic! Body Tonic has it all in one! They have managed to incorporate James and Sheena in one.
