Camp Bow Wow went above and beyond for my italian greyhound Venus. The staff is so kind, gentle, and accommodating. I explained to them that Venus is an indoor dog and struggles with anxiety around other dogs. In their facility, they have doggie cams where I could keep an eye on Venus and I could see how tender and caring they were with her, especially knowing she likes extra attention. Because of this first experience, I was more than comfortable boarding Venus for 11 days while I went on a family vacation and I could see how caring they were with Venus. I paid for the dog bath before I picked her up and she came home happy, healthy, and smelled so clean. Camp Bow Wow staff was so friendly! They gave me a tour of the facility went asked and I was surprised how very clean it was. I was provided with a schedule and reading material for Mia’s boarding. I loved the concept of all day play and the web cams. Having the option to put her in the suite so I could check in on her have me peace of mind for her first boarding experience. My pup has been going to Camp Bow Wow in Middlesex for almost 2 years now for both day camps and overnight. He absolutely loves this place. As soon as we take the turn into the parking lot he gets excited. What I truly love about this place is that I get to watch my boy on webcam throughout the day. By the time he comes home, he is exhausted from playing all day. Recently I also tried their luxury suite for overnight stay where they have webcam at night as well. Loved it. I am new to the facility and wanted to comment that the staff is very nice. I was very happy to see how excited my dog gets when he sees the staff. They even know him by name now.I do have two items to give feedback on:1- the camera in one of the playrooms only shows half the room so I rarely see my dog when he hangs outside of the camera view2-answering the phone is pretty terrible when I call the facility. I have to call 3-4 times to make an appointment. I also called to check on my dog because he got in a scuffle and I haven’t been able to get through. I am on my 4th phone call which has carried over to the next day.Again staff is super friendly and my dog loves them. More...

First time taking my dog Bella to this location overall I think she liked it. What I do really like that I don’t see the other location do is the girl that was watching the small dogs was hugging them and interacting with the dogs. I saw my dog loved that because she gets that from me at home. I do think they could do a better job watching my dog was getting humped quite often from the make dogs but when she did see it she stopped it. Camp Bow Wow did a wonderful job in caring for my 2 year old Cane Corso while I was away. I was able to watch him via video (which I loved) as he intetacted with the other large breed dogs there. Their staff was very impressive in the way they handled all the dogs and were able to avoid confrontations. In a group of dogs, especially large breed, sometimes there are issues but the staff is on top of them and have them under control always. Our dog is very happy when she arrives at Middlesex location. Be aware that all Bow Wows are not the same. We drive past a closer location to get to Middlesex due to our experience with the people and our perception of our dog's reactions. I had our first Boston Terrier Leo at this location about 6- 7 years and couldn't be happier with the service we received. We moved out of the area 5 years ago and since have returned thrilled to bring our second 9 month old Boston Terrier Jasper to the same location. Still the exceptional caring service we received with our first dog.The staff is always super friendly when I drop off or pick up, Jen is an amazing owner and does everything she can to help. Nemo stayed here for 4 nights in their luxury suite last summer. I am very picky with who takes care of him while I’m out of town and I was very pleased with my choice! As I saw over their many provided web cams, my 3 year old submissive beagle was very happy playing with new friends and the dogs were closely monitored by staff. They group the dogs based on size during their group playtime and have indoor & outdoor play areas. Nemo was also sound asleep in his suite at night. They let me provide his food, and/or blanket and toys which probably helped him adjust. Though he can be nervous and timid at times in a new environment, he was very comfortable with the staff when I went to go pick him up.
