I like the facility and most importantly the staff. Leaving my furrbaby behind for a work or leisure trip is hard but the staff in customer service oriented, friendly, reachable and every person I have met thus far is very kind and loves animals. I also like the fact that I can watch Harley at any given time. Like they say on the webcam page "it is addicting". I lived in Texas and had a great experience. We love that the dogs get to have free play all day. It is really important to us that our dog is not in a kennel the entire time he is boarded. The staff is amazing and they truly love the dogs. They know our dog by name when we walk in for just weekend boarding in the summer and a few winter trips. Our pup gets so excited when we gets inside because he knows that he is going to be loved on. He can not wait to get in to play. We are able to check in on the web cams any time we want to see what he is up to. This gives us an extra feeling of security knowing that he is ok. We also pay a small fee to have him bathed and his nails clipped when we pick him up which is so worth it! More...

Everyone is very friendly. This is the first place our dog has looked forward to going for camp/kennel or grooming! Ralphie is pretty anxious and doesn't play well with other dogs. He actually has to be put by himself while at camp. However, every time he goes he is excited and it feels like I am taking him somewhere he loves instead of feeling guilty for leaving him. Pure class! Our dog became sick while at Camp bow wow and not only did they rush him to the hospital on the weekend, but they had one of their employees stay by our dog's side until we were able to drive the two and a half hours home to be with him. Things don't always go as planned, but the urgency and care that they showed our dog was above and beyond. Camp Bow Wow is a place where you can bring your four legged family members, and know that they will be cared for as if they were their own. We can't say "Camp Bow Wow" in our home. Our three Italian Greyhounds go nutz, even refusing to eat, until they get there! The staff there is so incredibly caring, cheerful, and competent, that we know they are incredibly well cared for. It's always clean and there is always constant supervision. The on-line cameras allows us to check in on them and their activities and see all the fun they are having. We couldn't ask for a better place for our fur babies to play. If I was able to rate them with an 11, then I would give them a 12. Well deserved! More...

We love Camp Bow Wow Hudsonville! We have one puppy and two senior Italian Greyhounds. We have been to three locations across the US. This location has exceeded our expectations for care for our babies. They administer medications properly. Our babies get VERY excited when they hear "Camp Bow Wow" or the shortened code they now know "CBW". It is especially great to get them tired during the long Michigan winters!
