Very disappointed to see your review on here and we would love to rectify it as all our work is carried out competently by professionals and guaranteed for your peace of mind.
Unfortunately in 7 years of trading 2 people have had negative comments about us which is 2 too many.
Pls feel free to contact us on the numbers you have for us so we can arrange for any issues to be resolved. As we haven't received any calls or emails or correspondence from yourself we must have reasonably thought any works were carried out to your satisfaction as we struggle with time to follow up every job we do to make sure they are ok but this is something we are working on as we grow.
If you could also let us know where this job was carried out pls and when, it would help us to pinpoint it as we are carrying out maybe 10 to 15 jobs a day up and down the country and you haven't really put on more details on here that would help me recognize your particular job.
