...Just wanted to say thank you for such a terrific service... from the woman who made sense of my panicked, muddled description of the problem who was then able to communicate to her colleague who identified I needed an electrician not a plumber, to Michael who did the job - he called me when running just 5 minutes late to assure me he was on the way - such a difference to the guy you wait in all day for and never shows up!
