We have had great experiences with Nelson. He has awesome prices and his work is great! My husband and I really like him. He is really easy to talk to and very friendly . His can-do attitude is really refreshing. He is "our guy" when it comes to pest control. And if he is hard to get in touch with it's just because he is so busy with all his customers. Just make a second phone call. It's not that hard. :-)*update* 1/25/18Once again Nelson and his team have helped our little family with those nasty termites and spiders. Yuck. Calterm did the termite inspection on the home we purchased from BOA. We thought it was odd that the house was not tented for termites, considering the age of the home, and location near trees and old fences. But we trusted their inspection report. We commissioned them to work on the required termite repair.  It was done to our satisfaction.  We signed an annual termite management contract with them. And we've been with them for 5 years. They've always been responsive to our requests to treat termite infected areas when needed.(We've even had our home independently inspected by another termite company, name starting with T, and they even agreed that our home was termite free at that time.) I'm selling my house and I needed a termite inspection. Two other inspectors said termites were in the attic in a corner that they couldn't get to and told me I'd have to tent the whole house. Nelson, however, said he could get in there and spot-on treat it for less than half the price of a full fumigation. Thanks for being honest and doing a good job! More...
