Great PT. Extremely knowledgeable and supportive. Always makes sure I know why I'm doing each exercise. Very motivating and adapts the workouts to suit my abilities but pushes me to do more than I thought I would be able to. Have seen massive improvements in the couple of months I have worked with him. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I work hard to try to build a community. I work with each client and answer all the questions that they ask and I don’t know I will find out to make sure not only my clients are developing and furthering their knowledge but I am too.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Just keep training. You won’t see results over night, but one day when you recall on how you couldn’t walk up the stairs without losing your breath or how you struggled to carry all the shopping back to the car. That’s when you realise you’re doing something right.
What do you love most about your job?
Everything, the community, the friendship, the grind. I never stop
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was insecure about how I looked and body confidence is key to me. I like to think I’m now comfortable in my own skin and I want other people to feel that way too.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I work. I’m young and passionate about what I do. I’ve always set out to be a PT and I live and love for what I do.
