Call in The Caterers Ltd are a family business based in the heart of Stafford. Husband and wife team Peter and Sarah Roberts started the company in 2005.
Peter has over thirty years’ experience as a chef, working in hotels and conference suites across Shropshire and Staffordshire and most recently his own restaurant.

From the drinks reception with canopes, to the beautifully cooked roast lamb, the dessert and finally the mini scones and coffee, everything was delicious served by your highly efficient and friendly staff. The evening hog roast was a real treat too!

What’s your signature dish?
Orchard Chicken - Chicken stuffed with mozzarella and pesto wrapped in Para ham and served over a bed of lightly sauted tomatoes, peppers, olives with a touch of chili and garlic and finished with a splash of prosecco!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen! Your party is all about you so we create bespoke menus based on the food you like and the atmosphere you want.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction of a smile when a customer is pleased and feels happy that his/her guests are having a good time. Our success is entirely down to our customers and our team understand that.
All our team love their work and we have a great atmosphere both out front and in the kitchen.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Peter was fed up with packet food and boring menus - he'd also wanted to run his own business since childhood.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are friendly, efficient, professional and we listen to our customers... Oh and our food is delicious!
