I would like to express my huge thanks to Bruce and his team at Call Handling Solutions. It is great to see a company believe in their product by offering a 14-day free trial, so you can experience what is available before you make any future commitments. We setup the free trial and tweaked the message email style to are more suitable design. The trial went well, and we receive very positive feedback from our clients. From the feedback there was no question that we would be continuing with using your services and we believe you are an asset to our business going forward. Holiday time is usually very stressful in coordinating all the telephones to go to voicemail using the usual BT diverting option. This time is was so hassle free, we just left everything as is and let Call Handling Solutions do the rest. This meant I wasn’t getting emails from frustrated customers saying, ‘nobody is answering my call have you closed’ and ‘I have called several times and not getting through’. Thank you for making it easier to relax on holiday without worrying about missing any important calls. Your team are very polite, professional and accommodating in taking my customers calls and my customers think your team is part of the Butlers Vehicle Solutions Limited’s team.
