The field security guards are fine, but they are supervised by supervisors and dispatch who are nothing short of incompetent buffoons: I do not understand how this company is in business. There aren't too many security guard companies who operate similar to police departments as CSA does. I am a past on site security guard with California safety agency. Commander Cowan is a great professional supervisor. SSgt Barrera also is a great office manager and supervisor. California safety agency services my property I have called them several times regarding my neighbor who has been a problem since she has moved in. They are always responding within several minutes and tell my rude neighbor to keep her music down. They get here so much faster than the police and they report directly to the management on property. My annoying neighbor is now getting evicted because of her antics and thanks to California safety agency I won't have to deal with her for much longer !
