California Country Inn, The

Visited this local Pub twice on my recent visit to friends nearby. I sampled the steak & philly cheese Sandwich which was delicious and very filling together with a glass of Wine made for a welcome end to my long journey. On the second occasion it was a Sunday afternoon and plentiful complimentary offerings of Roast Potatoes together with Yorkshire Puddings were available. Never been here before but definitely coming again. Very friendly, really nice food and a choice of smaller adult portions of you prefer. Pleasant country pub north of Salcombe with good selection of real ales - Dartmouth Jail Ale was in tiptop condition. Range of food on menu and specials board was good but a tad expensive so I didn't eat.

As an employee at The Cali Inn it has a nice comfortable atmosphere. All of the Employee's have a constant smile. Would 100% recommend the Cali Inn without a doubt
