David Dugan is a liar. I was told a week in advance, he would have my defendant served over the weekend because that is the best time to serve a person. the weekend passes and on Monday I receive no call from David. I have to call on Tuesday to follow up on the status of the service. he tells me he didn't get to it and will conduct it today. after that phone call he tells me that it will cost more than the initial quote price to serve the person because it is now a "rush fee". Tell me why I should pay more money to serve someone because of David's incompetence to serve them over the weekend as he in person face to face told me he was going to do. If you say you're going to do a job at a set price and you fail to do the job you should not charge your clients more money for your own failure to complete a job. More...

I have no idea what this guy John Greer is talking about. I have personally experienced exemplary service from David. Due process is something he offers, and he always delivers.
