5-Stars for Joseph and his crew at CAP. I searched on Home Advisor for an asphalt company, listed my info & scope of work - Joseph called me in five minutes. He came out the next day & was extremely helpful in making recommendations. His price was very competitive and when it was time to do they work they did exactly (& more) what we agreed upon. I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend this company for any of your asphalt needs. In fact, we did a sizeable amount of patching & they slurry-sealed the entire area. Joe contacted me immediately and gave me a very fair quote. Â I went with CAP over the other 2 quotes because, not only did I feel they were fair, but Joe took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything. Â They were the only company that quoted me 2.5 inches compacted asphalt (the others were more vague which means after compacting it would be closer to 1.5 inches- not nearly enough). Â They showed up on time and completed the job professionally and quickly. Â They also edged the drive with 2x4 wood to keep the edges from crumbling down the slope. Using Networx an online construction services provider, I received a call from Nick Jones who looked at few pictures of my driveway and went by the house. I received a written estimate within a few days with a reasonable price! I then asked him if he would give me another driveway quote. I also received a written estimate for the 2nd location within few days.After a serious medical condition on my part delayed my projects, I was able to find & contact Nick again and he still had my estimates still on file. He honored previous prices for both jobs and we had a deal!He brought a crew of 5 workers & all the professional equipment needed. This is a family, fourth generation run local business. Joe Jones is a true professional, easy to deal with, straight forward and a very nice genuine guy. Joe connected with us promptly upon request, emailed an estimate very quickly. We've delayed the job of repairs to a commercial parking lot that was in really bad condition. We couldn't afford the high expense we were quoted by others. Joe's estimate was reasonable so we jumped on it. Joe arrived with heavy duty machinery and a 6 men crew to prepare the parking lot on July 17, 2019. Within four hours, the nearly 16,000 SF lot was done and tenants were able to park back until the following day. We expected the job to take two days, but 7 men along with all the machines and necessary tools poured 2 inches of asphalt and did an absolutely beautiful, high quality job in one day! The stripes including the disability parking and ramps were done the following day, so 3 days all together. I hate to see cars drive on this beautiful looking asphalt, Lol! Our tenants are extremely appreciative of how nice their home is looking now. I'd rehire CA Asphalt Professionals in a heartbeat and highly recommend them, especially for a large job. This company can deliver beyond expectations. We are one happy customer. Thank you, Joe Jones, Jones Sr. and the whole crew........good men and yes one more note to add: Our next door neighbor had agreed with another company to get their parking lot re-paved, but when he saw the nice work, he called Joe for an estimate, but Joe politely told the new customer that he knows the other guy and will not take the job away from him and that the other guy could do just as a good job.
