For the past five + years, our technician has been Kevin Nguyen. We are a small business in Southern California and Kevin both recommended and installed our computer systems and maintained them at both our offices and homes. Our firm had an issue with a remote user not being able to connect to our main office that was beyond my basic knowledge of computers and networking so I reached out to Cal Net. Matt responded, gathered everything that was going on and was able to pinpoint and resolve the issue quickly.
