Had my renewal of vows cake made by cakeybitz for my 25th anniversary and cake looked amazing. Better than I could have imagined. My daughter was 18 in June. I had fully intended to bake a cake myself but ran out of time. I contacted CakeyBitz and asked if they could help. There was only a week before the birthday party. Stef from CakeyBitz had no hesitation in agreeing and was quick to obtain all the information to make the cake special. When it arrived, it was exactly what my daughter wanted. It was chocolate cake and had her two favourite things on it - her saxophone which she was playing and her cat, Ginger. It was the crowning glory to a beautiful day. Stef made us our daughters birthday cake - listened to what we wanted and came up with a beautiful design suggestion that she emailed to us that we really liked. The cake when it arrived exceeded our expectations it was decorated to a really high standard with a tasteful wildlife design and colour scheme. It made a wonderful centre piece at our party. Stef made a selection of cakes for our wedding. We had a vision of a sweet table of cupcakes, cakepops and macarons and we're looking for a flowers and birds theme.
I sent Stef a few example pictures via email and when we met Stef for a first consultation she had drawn out three pages of designs. At short notice, Stef was able to bake wedding favours and she was able to incorporate coeliac friendly treats.

We ordered the two tier cake for my daughter's birthday and we all liked it so much that it took us only few minutes to finish the top cake and only 2 days to finish the bottom cake by three people which was equally delicious as the top cake. I wanted two different tastes of cakes and Stef was willing to do that happily. Without doubt, the best cake i have ever had ordered. (With nearly 30 years of cake enjoyment, quite litterally under my belt! ) I ordered a book themed cake for my baby daughter. Stef brought the unusual characters to life, with merely a photo or two for reference. So much so, my nearly one year old lost her tiny mind when she saw all her fictional pals in their fondant incarnation. As a customer, you are consulted every step of the way throughout the creative process. I was never in any doubt about what we were to receive on the day. Stef is prompt, professional, approachable, and so very talented. She has such a way with icing, that I can only assume wizardry has been involved! I used CakeyBitz to custom make a cake for my husband’s special birthday. The process started with a discussion of my requirements over a cup of coffee and biscuits. Despite throwing in lots of ideas and specifications, I was amazed that these were all incorporated into the draft drawing I was sent. Only a single draft was needed, proving that Stef was not only a good listener but a genius to include everything I asked for! The finished product was amazing with incredible attention to detail. Then came the tasting – I have to say that an entire family of cake lovers was left thoroughly satisfied. Cakeybitz have made us two cakes so far and there is a 3rd on the way. The cake for my wifes babyshower was beautiful and tasted great. We used Cakeybitz again for my daughters christening cake that was stunning. The detail in the animal characters was amazing. We have kept them and preserved them they are that good.
