The attention to detail that was put into our daughter's 18th birthday cake was superb! I gave Nia a few pointers of what type of cake I was looking for. .. Chocolate drip cake decorated with chocolates, macaroons and dipped strawberries and she went above and beyond. The cake creation was beautiful.. Too good to cut! Nia was very helpful. Nia very kindly made my daughter's 16th birthday cake yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. My daughter didn't know anything about it and was very close to tears when she first saw it.
It was everything and more to what she was expecting.
The cake was a 2 tiered chocolate cake and it tasted absolutely beautiful; plenty for everyone and even the staff at the venue said it was the best cake they have ever tasted.
I will definitely recommend Nia's cakes to all my friends and colleagues.

Last year Nia was commissioned three times by me to make family birthday cakes, 2 in July and a 60th birthday cake in November. Nia came to my home on each occasion to discuss exactly what I wanted and was so helpful in her input too, one cake being a tricky gluten and dairy free specimen! But Nia achieved all this.
