Absolutely superb cake Fiona for Caroline's 40th! She loved the Bombay Sapphire Gin bottle design. Everyone commented on it & how delicious, light & fluffy the chocolate cake was. It was an absolute treat working with Fiona. She was responsive and creative as we were finalizing the details for my daughter's baptism cake. The design was beautiful and the fresh flowers we utilized were arranged beautifully. The cake was wonderfully moist, and the jam flavor could come through because the icing wasn't too sweet. I sent a message to Fiona, she answered promptly, I sent details for the cake. I collected last Friday for a surprise party Saturday for my brother in law's 60th birthday. He was really pleased with the look of the cake, ski slope with a fallen skier, Fiona asked for a photo of him to do colouring for skiers face and yes it did resemble him!! I wanted a special cake for my husband's 50th birthday and we came up with the idea of a chocolate orange theme which worked really well. Fiona produced an extraordinary cake that was the absolute centrepiece of the party. The guests were totally wowed, and it looked so real that many of them found it hard to believe that it actually *was* a cake rather than the real thing, even up close.

It looked so incredible that it seemed a shame to cut it up. However, it tasted fabulous - it was moist and fresh, with loads of delicious buttercream in the middle. No exaggeration, it was quite the best cake I've ever tasted.

The birthday boy insisted on having the leftovers sliced and wrapped so he could take them home to put in the freezer. I regret not swiping a few portions to take home myself.

I have no hesitation in recommending Fiona. Her baking and creative skills are second to none, and her interpretation of my quite complex instructions was excellent. More...

Fiona made a lovely model of our family dog to go on the cake and she really managed to capture the character of our dog. Wow ..... just wow, Fiona created a masterpiece for our wedding cake, 4 tiers of the most amazing cake I have ever tasted and autumnal leaves completely covering it, all hand made of course.
It certainly stood out and whenever I walked past, there was always someone taking a photo and commenting on it.

At breathtakingly short notice, Fiona made us the most beautiful, delicious Unicorn cake I’ve ever seen. I had a cake maker that I used all the time but on this occasion I didn’t give him enough notice and he couldn’t make the cake for my daughters 3rd birthday. I had resigned myself to disaster or at the very least a cake that didn’t look or taste the way we were used to. Instead, I’ve just discovered my new favourite cake maker.
