I ordered a lemon with buttercream cake for my 47th birthday. When I opened the box it was the most beautiful cake with handmade edible peonies which is my favorite flower on the top of the cake. This man is truly great at his craft. Not only was the cake beautifully detailed and exactly what I envisioned for my baby shower , but it was delicious! Wayne created this *amazing* cake for our daughter's graduation. He was so helpful on phone in working out details. I ordered a baby shower cake for a surprise party of a dear friend. I sent the owner pictures of the cake I wanted, but the cake I got was even prettier than the one I sent. It looked absolutely amazing. What's even better, it tasted amazing. I ordered a 2 tier cake, one vanilla and one red velvet. I should have listened to the reviews because that red velvet was incredible! People were fighting over the last few pieces. The vanilla was good, but once you tasted that red velvet, there is no going back. The owner was overly accommodating and even gracious enough to deliver on a Sunday. He even came in and helped me set the cake up as I was nervous that I would drop it. The best cake I have ever tasted, the best service I've ever recieved, and it was so beautiful. Wayne is a great guy, helped me work out the details of the cake for my son’s first birthday party. I first showed him a big cake with fun details but he told me how to accomplish the same look without spending a lot of money and having a ton of extra cake. He could’ve easily scammed me into buying a bigger cake than i needed, and he didn’t. He was also very easy to communicate with, via email and text. This review is long overdue. I ordered a two tier cake for my boyfriend’s surprise 30th birthday party. A little less than 2 weeks before the party I was scrambling to find a cake. Other bakeries were trying to charge a billion dollars and needed more time to make the cake. Between the texts and phone calls, Wayne was so helpful. I was a bit worried of ordering a cake only based on pictures and description of what I wanted the cake to look like BUT I'm so glad i took the chance with cakelords management.
