Absolute BEST!! I found her website while I was searching for personal trainers. Right off the bag I knew she was the one for me. Then when I met her for the first time I was even more pleased that I chose her. She works with me in every way. Explains in a way that I can understand. Doesn’t get frustrated-she keeps her cool and changes things up if she has to. She is as intense as you want her to be. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and sincerely interested in helping people achieve their individual goals. She talks about food as well as workouts which is super helpful for me!!
