I can't thank you all enough for our fab afternoon! You did everything you could to squeeze us in at such short notice and we're so glad you did! ! � We booked one of the packages for 4 people and the treatments were fantastic, not rushed in anyway and the staff did everything they could to make sure that you were relaxed and comfortable. From the initial inquiry to the end of our day; Lucinda and the ladies were so friendly, professional and accomodating for our group of 13. We had private use of the hot tub and suana. They went the extra mile to ensure we had a memorable and lovely experience. The whole ambiance was perfect. The treatments were so relaxing. We went here on the 18th June for a last treat for my sisters Hen Doo. I had spoken to Lucinda quiet a lot on the run up and she seemed really lovely and I had heard great things about the Spa so was looking forward.
On arrival Lucinda and Jolka met us at the door and gave us a very warm welcome, we then got taken through to this beautiful tranquil room that was just stunning with a big hot tub and a beautiful hot stone sauna, we decided to do the friends package so with this we got to use the hot tub and sauna the whole time we were there, we got a glass of fizz and some tasty nibbles! We went in twos to get our treatments and they were truly amazing, we had the hot stone massage and the facial, I had Jolka and she put her all into my massage as she did for 3 of our party and Lucinda done the other 3 and they said she was amazing too, Jolka was so good and I did have a few knots in my shoulders and she stuck at them until I was completely relaxed and knot free! They really went above and beyond and when I give 5 stars I mean this is a 5 star plus Spa experience with second to none service! Thank you so so much girls for making our day so special and I can not wait to see you with my husband in July xxx� More...
