From the moment I first spoke to David about the catering for my son's christening I knew I was in safe hands. David is a professional and is an easy going guy, he obviously knows what he is doing and was able to help us on the day of our event.

On very short notice he was able to get the catering numbers increased and was prepared for the delegates who came charging at his stall for lunch. He is very laid back and made the events team also feel at ease.
