What do you love most about your job?
We love helping people. We believe property management is a lot like match making. For the residential relationship to work, you must match the right tenant with the right property for the right landlord. When done well, people really do live happily ever after.
What inspired you to start your own business?
C J Sampson was founded by a builder and an estate agent/property manager. Both our founders had many years of experience working in the property sector and with that came lots of bad practice they witnessed. Our founders wanted to make a difference and help landlords and tenants receive a better level of service

We pride ourselves on our professionalism. That's why as well as belonging to a number of professional bodies, C J Sampson are working towards accreditation by RICS.
