Had these lads in to do some fencing work in our garden and couldn’t be happier with them. Very communicative from the beginning, took the time to understand what it was I wanted and were flexible and accommodating to all my requests. Worked really hard to get a decent sized job completed in less than 2 days. They quoted a little more than others who came out to have a look but in my opinion you get what you pay for and they are well worth it, Jim gave me confidence that I could trust him with what needed doing and that turned out to be the case. They were able to start on the work quickly even though there was a large amount of it and were very good at keeping me informed of what they were doing and getting my input where appropriate. I have today had replacement fence panels erected by C&J Tree Services 12/1/22. James & Ian have completed my job which is perfect, they are polite, turned up on time and cleaned my site when finished. Could do better with detailing the full work that needed to be done ensuring exact customer requirements. Felt a little rushed when agreeing the job which could be the reason for missing the details. I had a very tall and wide conifer tree that was becoming difficult to manage. I also wanted the pruning to be done before the birds begin nesting. Jim was able to do the work despite the fact that it was raining and windy. After discussing what I wanted him to do he has pruned and shaped the tree really well. I can recommend this service as they did not damage the tree in any way. They tidied away all the branches and disposed of them ecologically. I am hoping that they will maintain the tree on a yearly basis in order that it won't get into such a difficult size and shape again. Excellent service. Very polite. More...
