Carl is just an absolute gem! I manage a portfolio of rental properties and Carl deals with everything from appliance repairs/replacements to any electrical works for me. He always arranges access directly with tenants and in a timely manner. I've not had a single complaint from any of my tenants regarding works completed. Emailed Carl regarding a problem with my kitchen light switches. He replied within the hour, stating he could fit me in the following day. After texting me to say he was on his way and would be with me in about 1/2hour he arrived punctually and did the work quickly and at very reasonable cost.
