I have not visited the shop but hope to do so when I go to Harrogate in November. I have, however purchase items from Byron & Brown on two occassions. ..the items arrived beautifully boxed & wrapped. My original order was for good leather slim 'spec' cases...the wonderful bright colours I chose mean I can find my specs around the houses...I have pairs in various places around the house!! I have now put another order in for friends who have commented on both the quality and colours of the cases I own...Christmas around the corner and all that!

Communication emails from the company have been prompt and helpful. In my recent order they kindly sent a replacement item (not in the original sale) at the sale price because the the one I had chosen had been found damaged and was not acceptable to send. I have saved this firm on my 'great service, beautiful items' list...it is lovely to see that customer service still exists...Highly Recommend...Christmas is looming:) Heather More...
