I have over 25 years experience in the planning, development , construction, installation, modification, comissioning and refurbishment of a wide range of Manufacturing factories and process machinery. Construction projects from green feild sites to full production. A proven ability in the recruiting, training, building, managing and driving multilingual clients, consultants and contractor teams to meet tight deadlines within budget and on schedule.

I am a decisive, goal-oriented individual with experience working in conjunction with major international contractors in Ireland, the UK and Mainland Europe. I have a high degree of business acumen and the ability to take a broad overview of complex projects to ensure a high quaility standard, cost effectiveness, as also successful HSE legally compliant completion.
