Great gym, great selection of kit, atmosphere and vibe. Only went whilst on hol, but would definately recommend. The only place to train in Grt Yarmouth.

Functional Rehabilitation
I've spent many years working with sporting people and have found many ways to keep individuals in sport whilst recovering from injuries. I pride myself in finding the cause of the problem then working very quickly to resolve that problem. I can obviously transfer my knowledge on to anyone no matter what their abilities are.
