I required an after build clean after a renovation of my property. Contacted Buzz.
They were honest with what they were able to do in the particular time frame I had given them.
They sent two staff to inspect the property stated it was a requirement so that cleaners knew what was expected of them, the following day the clean was done.
After the clean, I was required to inspect the property and point out areas in which I was unhappy with, there and then they fixed issues I had.
The only negative would have to be the fact they do not give quotes over the phone, they must come and inspect the property first.
