The people at Butler pool and spa are very professional, polite and courteous. We had a pvc pipe burst connected to our sand filter. Renea coordinated with Josh and made it out to our lace the next day and had it all fixed up very expedishesly. We have used them about 3 times so far and everything has always gone very smoothly! In November of 2021 Butler Pools began a pool project in my neighbors yard by bringing in many loads of dirt to build up a pad for the pool. This drastically affected the drainage upon us and since then has caused a flow of muddy water onto our property when it rains. I have reached out to them several times regarding cleaning this off our property or taking steps to prevent it to no avail. The city of OB was involved and they were able to force additional measures but the mud continued to flow on us. As of today Butler refuses to take any responsibility for the damages caused by their work. I have no idea what type of work they may do but they have been callous with me and unconcerned about any damages they have caused on my property. More...

We noticed what appeared to be sand accumulating below our jet in our pool so after reading all great reviews on issues we felt may be related to our problem, we decided to contact Butler Pool & Spa. Great choice! Our wonderful service tech Blake Butler, explained that the wrong type of sand was used which clogged our system and that there was another newer option (glass media ) that was a great alternative. He explained how it works and stated that it was an efficient choice because we would most likely go 10 years without having to change or add additional glass filters. We decided to give it a go! Blake was extremely knowledgeable about the product and did an excellent job removing all sand, cleaning out the tank and installing the glass. He also installed a new pressure gauge, as ours was broken and he also vacuumed the pool. However, to add to all this, we were floored to see the transformation of our steps and skimmers after he cleaned them. I would have never imagined anything close to what he accomplished was even possible! Deep yellow stained to the whitest of white! We could not believe it-BEAUTIFUL!!!
