We had the best day, with everyone friends and family. speeches, amazing food, crazy dancing and great band! All of it for Terry and I was stress free and we were able to enjoy every minute of it as we didn't have to worry as we had superwoman Sian to help us out. I never thought when I booked her to do our co-ordination for the day she would have gone above the call of duty in helping me find decorations, checking up on my suppliers, recommending suppliers for all my outstanding jobs, and generally being so kind and understanding. She went above and beyond what we had hired her to do and my only regret about our day is not having her by our side from the beginning. I honestly can say she was amazing and made our day just as special as having our guests there and she made sure everything went on time, everyone was where they were supposed to be and all without worrying us with any issues / dilemmas!

We can't thank Sian enough for everything, and for putting up with us, as we truly had the best day and best party of our lives! I wish we could do it all over again!! Lots of love Helen and Terry xxxx More...

We met Sian at a Wedding Fair and were immediately impressed by her passion for her work and her humbleness.

I remember my sister-in-law speaking with Sian and suggesting she charged more for her work. Sian’s response stuck in my mind “It pays enough for my bills and me and my dog so it’s good for me”.

We live in a world where so many are in search of a quick buck and a way to make the most money doing the least amount of work. This really is not Sian and Busy Brides. We booked Sian for the ‘on the day coordination’ package, however, some 10 months in advance Sian was sending through suggestions, contacting potential suppliers and negotiating on our behalf. It did not matter the request, Sian always had an answer, a suggestion and speedy response.

As the wedding drew nearer and the to do list seemed endless, Sian was an absolute legend. Sian’s attention to detail and organisation skills are superb. We had our 3+ hour meeting a month before the wedding which was extremely helpful and highlighted a number of little things we had overlooked.

On the day Sian was spectacular. She really was a central part of the day and ensured everything ran smoothly. By this point too, Sian felt like one of our friends and we loved her presence on the day. I really cannot recommend Busy Brides enough.

Sian is an absolute professional and genuinely amazing person. Her personality is great, she is always smiling and clearly genuinely happy to help.

When you come in contact with a lady like Sian who delivers such a superb service, all you want to do is spread the word so that others can experience the quality Sian and Busy Brides has to offer.

After a few months into our wedding planning, myself and my fiancè realised that the scale of our wedding required an extra pair of hands.

As all brides-to-be will know Google soon becomes your go to, for all things wedding! I researched for hours into wedding planners and in particular, on the day wedding coordination. Being a couple that both work in planning based roles we required the type of person that would meet our expectations and some. In first speaking to Sian over the phone, I was impressed by her warm, genuine, and professional approach. We spoke for a while and on that very first conversation Sian gave advice on the plans we had so far. I was impressed and knew BusyBrides was the company to book.

We can honestly say that booking Sian as our on the day co-ordinator and toastmaster was the best thing we could have done.

Our wedding had tight timings, filled with entertainment and several suppliers. We needed a strong character and experienced person to handle the level of suppliers as well as the timeline that we had created to ensure the day ran as we envisioned.

In the lead up to the big day, Sian provided so much more than our package of on the day. Her suggestions and advice were so helpful as we both have such busy jobs that towards the end having someone provide a solution to the smallest of details is exactly what you need and we are so grateful to Sian for that. Our planning meeting was so useful and took a good few hours but Sian gave us her time until we had discussed and confirmed every detail. We never felt rushed, we felt like her only clients.

The day ran smoothly, any issues that did arise we were never aware of as they were dealt with by Sian.

Sian made a fantastic toastmaster helping to keep the momentum of the day moving whilst providing a formal yet personal touch in her performance.

We honestly had the best day ever and so did all our guests! We are so grateful for everything Sian has done and wouldn't hesitate to recommend BusyBrides for wedding planning and being your toastmaster.

Again, we just want to say a MASSIVE thank you Sian! You helped to make the final months of wedding planning so much fun and we laughed a lot. It was a pleasure working with you!
