The two Paul’s were brilliant. Arrived and got started straight away, not stopping until they left us in our new home. Very helpful throughout and attentive with where everything went. So I bought a sofa from hospice care and the delivery date was a couple of weeks away. I decided I needed the sofa earlier and phoned Busy Chaps to see if they could pick the sofa up for me and bring it to my house. Frazer booked it in within a couple of days. The two guys Flash and Paul were absolute heros. They phoned me up from hospiscare as they did didn't have the correct reference number etc. They then arrived and lifted what is actually an extremely heavy sofa bed up a flight of stairs where I needed it in an upstairs room. They were cheerful and professional absolute gentleman and I felt very relaxed and at ease in their presence. They even put the new cushions that I had bought for the sofa onto the sofa nicely positioned. Busy Chaps were recommended to me by a friend. I got a quote which was lower than the competition and so went ahead. I wasn’t expecting great service because of the price,however I was wrong. The three guys who moved my stuff from Devon to Bristol were great. They were polite,careful and tidy. I contacted Busy Chaps because I needed some furniture moved from the ground floor to the first floor of our house. The job wasn't quite as straightforward as I'd expected, as they needed to remove the feet from the sofa in order to move it up the stairs! The guys did a great job and were friendly and courteous. This firm is excellent and I will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone else. The men worked really hard all day and are a credit to their firm. We are absolutely overjoyed with the service we received from Busy Chaps. We were hugely messaged about by our Solicitors and therefore had to cancel a few dates with Frazer, however he was helpful, accommodating and patient until the end! They went above and beyond to get us into our new house before Christmas and we couldn't be more grateful. Wow what a company. From start to finish the level of service that I have received from Fraser and his team has been exceptional. Fraser came to meet me to give me a quote, he was very knowledgeable and had some great ideas to keep the cost down for me. On the day of the move I felt a bit apprehensive because I have quite a few valuable/fragile possessions which in the past have been damaged by other removal companies. All that apprehension disappeared when I saw how Paul, Liam & Jeff worked. They treated my belongings with the love & care that I desired, they were excellent.
