This includes, but is not limited to, the design of websites, logos, leaflets, price lists, business cards, invoice templates and bespoke software to automate admin tasks such as invoicing, recording expenses or basic accounts.

I have a passion to enrich and make a difference to small businesses, start-ups and sole traders, by supporting them to grow and excel in what they do through the application of bespoke business software tools and digital marketing.
With my on-the-job learning in my previous career and various training courses spanning over an 18 year period, a BSc in Computer Science and Management Science, a more recent MSc Distinction achieved in Criminal Investigation whilst also working full-time in employment, I have a wealth of knowledge in product management, software development, marketing, sales, requirements collection, academic writing and customer facing skills as well as delivering presentations and technical training courses in the corporate environment. I have attention to detail, a flare for creativity and understands how to drive businesses to excel.
I have experience in public and private sector domains, having managed software solutions and services delivered to law enforcement agencies, financial services, large corporations investigating fraud, aerospace, high-value asset maintenance management service suppliers and the energy efficiency market. I have a wide industry knowledge and can adapt to work with you and your business in any industry setting that requires my expertise and knowledge.
